Aberdeen   Angus

We have a small prizewinning herd grazing our water meadows

                            and produce beef exclusively for our customers.

In 2005 we won Supreme Champion at a number of shows in Devon and Cornwall and a host of other top prizes including the

National Primestock Show.

In 2006 our pedigree angus heifer "Top Totty" won a whole host of prizes including Champion Angus, Champion Native, Champion purebred at ROYAL SMITHFIELD and was awarded the Queen Mother cup, a much coveted prize. She also won Supreme Championship and Prince of Wales cup at Liskeard Show and Reserve Champion at National Primestock to name a few.

We produce our beef every 2-3 months and supply it in 15kg boxes or individual amounts.

The amount of time it is hung depends on the individual carcase, age and breed.

Typically we hang our beef for 3 ½ weeks for maximum taste and tenderness.
